We do not accept refunds. You have 15 days after the date of shipment to exchange an item by sending an email to support@basiksco.com. This message must include your name, order number, item to be exchanged and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is damaged, incomplete or soiled by the customer, it will not be exchangeable. The shipping costs for a return are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the article has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it at our expense. Please note that all our products are guaranteed 1 year for manufacturing defects. Past our 1 year guarantee all products are none refundable or exchangeable.

Veuillez noter que tous nos produits sont garantis 1 an pour les défauts de fabrication. Au-delà de notre garantie d'un an, tous les produits ne sont ni remboursables ni échangeables.
